Active network connection, but no Internet

Hello! I have small home network: two computers are connected through Linksys router and this router is connected to cable modem. I have active network connection, but I have not access to internet at all. Can you tell me what the problem could be? I have never had problem like this before… Thanks!

Hello! First, check if your router and cable modem connected properly. Try to change connection cable too, because could be that it is broken. Also, check with your internet service provider technical support if they have some difficulties (could be that it is problem). But if nothing of mentioned above is not cause of your problem, then I am sure that you did not configure in TCP/IP Obtain IP address Automatically and Obtain DNS server automatically.
