Hello! I have serious problem with my Acrobat when I am embedding a PDF or HTML in web page. Namely, I can embed this, but some users cannot open these files. They got some error message saying that file does not begin with pdf or html or something like that. Why is this happening at all? Where I am making mistake? Thank you!

Hello! Well, you are not making any mistake. I assume that users are using older versions of Acrobat. To solve this problem, they may try to delete temporary files first. If this does not help them, then they will need to upgrade Acrobat to the newest version. That will solve this problem for sure.
