Acer Monitor not working

Hello! I have bought Acer laptop few months ago and I am facing a problem already. Namely, when I start this laptop, everything works fine, except monitor. Laptop screen does not shows anything but the black screen. I can see some shadows which represents screen. I mean, if I hardly try, I can see shadows of my desktop. What is going on here?

Hello! You have lucky. I am telling you this because your laptop still has warranty. You will need to send your laptop to repair, because this problem. You have problem with backlight on your laptop screen. This is very often problem and you should not be worried because of it.
