We will get a DSL connection in a couple of days. I have two machines in two separate rooms, and a laptop. Which is the best way to share internet to all tree machines? How to build small home network for optimal use of internet connection? Wireless or wired? Thanks for helping!

Personally, I prefer wired connection, not because its cheaper than wireless, but because of security. Even the best protection of wireless network, WPA, can be easily hacked by the experienced. Check with your ISP to provide you with router with more UTP outputs. After all, it won’t be too hard to switch to wireless later.
