I have bought a new PC. Yet, I’m not a geek and I don’t know much about what software is best. I know that I need really good anti-virus software because I’m constantly online and my last PC was always swarming with viruses since I didn’t have a good program. Now, what do you think of AVAST? Do you think it offers a good protection?

I think that it is good and that it can offer a sufficient protection but I have always been using Kaspersky. The main thing is that it is user friendly and that I know how to use it. Another thing is that it is really reliable which is very important. I haven’t had a virus ever since I installed it. Besides, I know that since your configuration is new your PC is good and with enough memory and CPU but, Kaspersky is excellent since it doesn’t usurp too much CPU or memory. So, even those people who don’t have the latest models of PCs can use it and their machines won’t be freezing.
