Fan on my ATI Radeon X1900 is not working properly. It is very annoying problem because it makes big noise when it works and after some time card overheats and system shuts down. This happens very quickly if I play games and if I work something else then it overheats slower. Can you tell me how to repair fan on video card?

If I were you I would first check if fan is dirty. Fan on computer devices (video card, processor, power supply unit, case) tend to collect amazing amounts of dust which prevents them from working normally. When dust collects it makes fan to work harder to meet optimal speed. In worst cases it prevents them to meet required speed to cool the device or to work at all. Of course in any of this scenarios device temperature is bigger then it should be and during intensive operations (such as gaming) it can cause overheating and possible system shutdown. So first try to clean all your fans and if that doesnt help then replace cooler.
