Hi there! I have bought a new computer and everything is according to my expectations. But, theres always that BUT, I have noticed that there is this AOL application which I was not able to remove anyhow? I am having second thoughts that they have installed this into y OS with no chance to wipe it out from the system. If there is something you would suggest about this matter, it would be very helpful.

Hi there! You got to try to remove it from the safe mode of Windows y pressing the F8 button upon reboot sequence. That is one possibility. Next is to make your firewall (if you are using one) to stop it going inline. There is another solution that you manually go all the way to the registry to remove its parts. Now, if none of this helps you, you can always try installing new OS.
