| Is it true that AMD is developing new processors for laptops, called Fusion? I heard that these microprocessors will appear next year, and that it is their answer to Intel’s laptop microprocessors. Have you heard something about it? Do you think those processors will be better than those built by Intel? I seriously doubt it is possible |

| Well, I always preferred AMD processors over those built by Intel, although Intel is always considered to be the more stable one. As far as I know, both AMD and ATI are working on this microprocessor, and as I trust both companies and highly appreciate their products, I think this processor will definitely be either the same or even better in its quality and performance than Intel. It is actually a new generation core, a combination (fusion ) of 3D geometry processing and some general processor execution. So, I am sure it will be something really extra, and that it will be very fast and very stable. |
