I need some help with my new PCI-Express video card driver update. My motherboard could not properly see my new video card so I downloaded the latest updated driver from the Internet. However, when I try to install downloaded file I get an error message and now my computer restarts from time to time. Now I found out that my integrated AGP video card is still in use.

I do not think that your new PCI express graphic card is damaged. I think that you probably have a driver problem. There are several possible reasons that might cause a problem like yours. The simplest one would be an error in the process of downloading. In that case, your video driver update file might be damaged. To check that, you should try to download it once more and than try to reinstall it. You may also have a wrong version of driver for your operating system. Your version of drivers could be for some other OS like Windows Vista and you may have a XP. In that case, you have to find and download the proper version for your operating system. Last reason for your problem could be that your driver update may need some service pack or add-ons.
