805 Virus Infects my PC Without Attachment

I just scanned my pc for viruses using Kaspersky for the first time and it found infections. I deleted or quarantined them all. The problem is that I have no idea how they got there. I’m sure that I received no e-mails with attachments. So how is it possible that all these viruses appeared? And how can I prevent that in the future?

There are actually many different ways for viruses to get to your machine. Refusin e-mails with attachments is not enough to keep you safe. Since you have Kaspersky it I think it offers prevention mode but the thing is it’s absolutely essencial that you keep it’s virus database up to date. Otherwise it won’t recognise new viruses as such.
