I need some help with my 7800GTX video card. I downloaded the latest updated driver in ZIP format. I have WinXP installed on my computer for a long time and everything works fine until now. However, when I try to install downloaded drivers I get an error message. I was unable to install it. To be even worse, now my7800GTX Sli has a freeze up problem. What can I do?

There are several reasons that could cause your problem with 7800GTX video card. It may be a result of an error in the process of downloading and your ZIP file might be damaged. You should try to download it one more time and than try to reopen it again. You may not have a proper version of Windows installed on your computer. Your version of drivers could be for some other operating system like Windows Vista. In that case, you have to find and download a proper version for Windows XP. Third reason for your problem could be that your update may need some service pack or special add-ons. If that is your problem, you need to find out what are those things, download and install them.
