Hello. I have Dell laptop with 3 com nic/modem card. After driver installation modem works fine but network interface card is having some problems. I can not connect to home network. In device manager network card is shown with yellow exclamation mark and it seems that Windows did not recognize it or is having some problems with this network card. Can you offer me some advice regarding this problem?

Hello. Are you running Windows 98 on Dell laptop? If the answer is yes then you should check if network card is conflicting with some other device. If that is the case then open computer case, tae out network card (or other conflicting device) and place it in another PCI slot. Reset configuration data in BIOS and boot computer. Your conflict should be resolved and 3com network card should work properly.
